I totally feel what Lance said. I was able to kinda keep myself from drowning for about a year but now my mental health is just bad. But it will get better again 💙 My question is related to that: how do you deal with having a bad day? One of those days in which you just have no energy to do anything and your mood is not great. Can totally understand where Lance is coming from from regarding lockdown. Here in Victoria, Australia, we went through 2 lots of 2 months of lockdowns last year. First one I breezed through, 2nd not so well and I definitely got down in the dumps. We've recently had a 5 day snap lookdown and I felt myself getting down again and panicky, not knowing if it was going to be extended. Look after your man, have a little patience and help him through. You seem as up as ever, but then you get to leave home and train which helps. It was great to see Lance let rip with a few quips. But the tasteless food remark? I think I would have poured his wine over his head. Good to see him relaxed though. Take care of each other UK, I hope lockdown doesn't last to much longer for you. I never realised how tough diving was until I tried to dive into my Uncle's pool. Definitely failed at that. I have a newfound respect for divers.
