I dont think the string bean dishes of the world such as these get enough recognition. Korean stringbeans and even any asian cultures string beans are far superior to any other places in the world! What is better than a warm crunchy garlicky umami packed green bean atop a flavorful nutty spoonful of sticky rice? Yep, you guessed it. it is the perfect compliment for a bbq kalbi meal with kalbi, kimchi and rice. This side dish goes with quite a lot of other great Korean side dishes and compliments them all.
