Love how it turned out! You can also soak steel wool in water and use that as a stain. It will gray-age the wood quickly.

Hi Chelsea, I'm late watching this, but wanted to comment on how great your bench turned out. I love a bench at the end of the bed as well and you styled it perfectly. Hi Chelsea! Your bench looks amazing! The price point is great. I would like to give it a try. I hope you don’t mind if I ask a couple questions about the board. I know you said it started out at 8ft long. I’m guessing it was 1 inch thick. And, what type of wood is it? Thanks so much for sharing.
