Join us as we make a great Dutch Oven dish in the cold rain at Cades Cove in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Nothing is better than a hearty warm dinner when the temperature drops and the rain falls. We had a good snuggle in the truck topper as the temps dropped into the 30's. IT snowed that night a few hundred feet in elevation above where we were.
