Looks delicious ! A tip I use when cutting raw sweet potatoes, I like to put them in the microwave for a couple of minutes to soften them up a little. They will slice much easier.

I had my dinner of 1/2" thick sliced sweet taters with olive oil, fresh ground rosemary, ground black pepper baked with a rib eye steak planned and waiting . This makes me want to change the plans for that sweet tater, do this and have that rib eye for breakfast tomorrow with some eggs. Looks great. Thanx for making me second guess my dinner plans. Takes a lot for me to pass up a nice rib eye with sweet taters.

I’m impressed with your Dutch oven cooking and you seem to have good cooking skills. I have a Dutch oven that my husband gave me for my birthday in 1982 but it doesn’t have legs or the flat top. I am going to have to get me an 8 inch camp oven after watching two of your videos using it. I checked your Amazon store and they aren’t available right now so I will have to see where else I can come up with one.
