Easy Egg Salad

Easy Egg Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 3 Boiled eggs
2. 2 Tablespoons Sweet Pickle or Relish
3. 3 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise
4. Salt and Pepper
Pre Boil eggs, Cut in half. Separate yolks into bowl. Add 2 tablespoons cut up pickles or relish , one tablespoon mayonnaise, blend. Cut up white part of eggs and add to mixture. Add two more tablespoons of mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste. Blend until mixed well. Chill and serve. as a sandwich or with crackers.

I haven't seen egg salad made this way with the yokes first. Gonna have to try this.
