I keep hearing how well the eggs will peel from the instant pot

They peel so easy in the instant pot you should try it. 6 minutes then release for 5 and then cold water.

Looks delicious and how nice that you have a nice little daily reminder of your mom. Next time try cracking your eggs into another container to cook pot-in-pot in your Instant Pot and you completely eliminate the peeling step for egg salad. Instead of rinsing your cooked eggs in cold water, just sink the bowl or container in some cold water to cool them.

Melanie your delightful. I enjoyed watching your videos. I especially loved hearing about your family. It teared me up cause I also was best friends with my Mama who passed in 2012. I understand about cherishing the things they gave us. Im also a fellow redhead although its faded over the years . I got my red hair from my Mama.Ps What size were ur eggs?
