Thanks what a great video,this is the exact same blower to the T that mine is,exactly the same,its doing the same exact thing as this one,boggs down on run,runs good on half choke,I happen to have those tools also,and I will give it a try,I hope to get it tune alright,thanks again.

Thank you for watching and thank you for the kind words! I should have stated which direction I was turning them. I just eased each needle whichever way the engine began to smooth out I believe.
