It’s got the lick from the ‘90’snare feature… Chuck the BD 99 one up chap, I learnt that by ear before KZbin ! So it’s probably wrong !

That's one of my favorite licks of all time.

My first spree, thanks - and I survived. Needed to work on the Swiss Army flam drags (new to me), very cool. Looking forward to other spree versions, even though this was challenging 😅

Nice Job! Have a search for SCV 1991 Spree and you will see how it moves forward/ gets more difficult

They are definitely tough to get down. When sprees started throwing in R Swiss drag--regular flam drag--L Swiss drag--regular flam drag, my left hand was definitely hurting. I believe BD '97 was the first to do that, though I certainly could be wrong.

@@timf5963Game changer! Thanks for this brother. I like the alternating hands aspect, and adds another line to the spree.

Short and sweet. Repeat every two measures and by the time you get to the end you should have it memorized

Thanks for the breakdown on the Swiss army triplets. I could never play them they way they did back then--of course, I didn't have their chops! By the way, this is their 1991 spree.

you might be right... here is a clip of the line playing it, maybe someone from 1990 or 1991 can confirm? kzbin.info/www/bejne/kIiZeIJ-jbObobs

@@FreestyleRudiments here is their 1990 spree (starts at around 3-minute mark--sorry, I forgot how to link timestamps): kzbin.info/www/bejne/aHuaqJWPra58qpI And and for the record, not trying to pick anything apart. Love and appreciate your content! No one has ever talked about SCV's sprees.

I'd like to see if they played it? I actually have a copy of that as that was the first DCI notation I ever got my hands on, Cavaliers 1989 Packet.
