Good stuff. I love sika and I use flooring leveler on Most bathrooms. Good to see the primer and leveler offered by a brand like sika.

I did all the prep, used the Sika primer, used the foam to dam the edges and holes. The leveler didn't set for two days. I was in panic mode thinking that I'd have to remove the crap and start over. After two days of stress it finally worked out.

If you take the forks of your hammer and tap the floor. The vibration will help the self leveler flow flat.

What about an oscillating tool?, putting the tip and vibrate it….what you think of that idea?

I am about to do this for my bathroom and was going to install cement board along with the SLC. Do you have any advice on if I should put the cement board down first or SLC first and cement board on top? Need to make up for the transition between hallway and bathroom, plus already have the cement board so I was hoping to do both.

Don't tell me that BRT is selling his soul to corporate devil. Hope not. Do you know where can one buy those products? I know HD caries some silicone concrete repair stuff from the brand but have not seen levelers or bagged material in general.

@@BathroomRemodelingTeacher Truth all the way! Makes sense. I am glad to see some other products besides usual three suspects. I also see Kiesel taking over big time in social media. Not sure when is either one of them going to break through and make it readily available. More competition better price ... I guess. 🤣
