In today's video we are making a fun and easy fold out from book page scraps. This interactive piece will add so much interest to your journals and projects!
Join me in collaging, decorating, adding pockets, tuck spots and journaling spaces to this little ephemera piece.
I decided to divide the whole process into two parts - this is part one, where we decorate the inside. In part two, which I will link below when it's up, we will make a pretty cover, some nice tags and add a closure to our projects.

I love this idea. I crafted along with you and it was a great video to follow along. Thank you for taking your time; being fast is not important. I am not a fast crafter, I have to try everything before I make a decision. but this is what works best for me. I'm glad you were able to get away for some relaxation!! I'm glad you had a lovely break it's so nice to have a Change of scenery. But yes I agree even a day away from your desk makes your creativity not as fluid. Great project I've never done a down flip like that, I shall definitely try it. Howdy, TIP: for "line" stamp: use corrugated cardboard. Before 'tearing off' top layer of paper you can see the spacing of the 'lines' and it works great with ink pads. I've a few in different line sizes and sheet sizes too. A nice grungy look.

I like the fold-out so far, it looks lovely. I'am glad you had a great holiday with your boyfriend, very important some times. I'am a slow crafter too, a lot are, so no worries and now we can craft along with you haha. When you were thinking on cutting the lace I said "No no" aloud hahaha, luckily you didn't. Why are you covering those plants and flowers? You're defeating the purpose of pretty book pages and covering them with scrapbook paper that don't even match together..? I don't know, none of the colors even go together. The lace inside, seems weird.
