Hi Guys! So glad you could join me for this new project that we are making for our Pastel Blossoms journal which we create together from start to finish. Today I thought we could start working on decorating our signatures. I like to start my journals with a fun altered window envelope pocket and this is what we are doing together. It has a nice window with an image behind it and journaling space on the back. I am also showing you a new way to hinge the envelope to the page and it's so fun! I love your puppy. I have a long-haired chihuahua. He is with me constantly. They are so fun. I grew up in a large city and when I had been married a few years I became obsessed with moving away. We did and I have never regretted it. You have to adjust to a slower lifestyle and sometimes lower pay but it is worth it. That was over 40 years ago.

Martyna!!! I was at work some days ago working with my patients and my watch would noisily alert me to youtube notifications which became annoying when you're working with patients and doctors, lol!! I had to turn off my notifications that day. The following day, I found out via a subscriber that she came to my channel because of you!!!! I couldn't believe you liked my eyelet hinge idea!!! Lol. It all started because I wanted to add jute cord to a tag but was out of cord, and glanced over at my dusty container of never-ending jump rings. Thank you for the shout out to my channel, for your beautiful words regarding my work, and for wanting to hinge the way I do!!!!! It came out beautifully!! 😍😍😍😍😍😍

I am so happy to see you. I am sorry to hear that you have not been feeling yourself but you have bounced back with great enthusiasm. These are tough times with the virus and I have felt down at various times too. I hope that you continue to improve. I love the way that you hinged the two pages together! This is going to be a very beautiful journal! I understand how you feel about the city. I lived in Miami for 15 years. I moved to north central Florida to be closer to my folks as we all age! lol I live in a heavily wooded area. I feed the raccoons and the possums. The deer come through my yard to feed. It made a big difference in my quality of life. I do miss having everything close by but that's all. Get away as much as you can to refuel! Someday you will be where you want to be. So so gorgeous! Would love to see a video of the books you use. I find World of Books great for used books. They have lots of really beautiful old books and I've found them a bit cheaper than Amazon. It's ethical too which is a plus!

Really lovely. You might find that using two pairs of needle nose pliers will make opening and closing jump rings, especially tiny ones, much easier. It's certainly kinder to one's hands. I love the oval window! The oval shape just screams vintage to me. Also, I'll be trying your hinge method. Do you have a link for the channel where you learned that, please? I really love what you have made with this envelope 😍👏👏 I have been having a month now where I can’t seems to make anything. I go in to my craftroom and look around but I don’t know what to do. I have 4 journals almost ready and have about 10 covers just laying on the shelf but I don’t know what to do and where to start and this is SO frustrating I have been very tried and i only do the things I shall do with kids and I working husband but I cannot get my self to do anything It makes me sad because I wants to kickstart my KZbin channel...I hope I can make something tomorrow because I have a day without kids and husband.
