I know it’s a lot of work putting videos on for us all the time. I’m so glad that you get one almost every day. But you need a break every once in a while. However, I really do enjoy the way you teach and explain everything. thanks so much you’re videos are fun to watch. . 😊

Hi Debbie. Thanks for you suggestion of taking a break. I do take breaks. My son-in-law Jamie has the hardest part of editing my videos so that they have a more professional look. I would be lost without him. Glad you liked the garden flag tutorial. Be sure to spray the flag with Scotch Guard or Never Wet. Thanks for watching💗and happy sewing😍

You have given me a great idea for my younger daughter’s birthday. She has a large garden that she loves to work in. So I’m thinking a pretty flag at the garden would be a welcome addition to the area…😊😉 Thanks for this tutorial, Sherrill! 🩷-Brenda

Sherill, I love your samples. We live in a breezy area so I line the bottom hem with pennies! The weight of the coins helps to keep the flag from curling up.

With all the rain we're having, nylon would be more practical. You live in a dry climate, but here in the South, we're having lots of heat & humidity which could lead canvas to mold or mildew.
@TheSewingRoomChannel
@TheSewingRoomChannel Жыл бұрын
Hi Jane. I agree that nylon would be better in your climate. But if you do use canvas fabric, I recommend that you spray the flag with Scotch Guard or Never Wet. Glad you liked the garden flag tutorial. Thanks for watching💗and happy sewing😍
