Your non-stick surface (polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)), aslo known as and under the brand name "Teflon," seems to be somewhat damaged. Being the healthy person you are, the teflon maybe getting in the foods you consume from preparing it on its damaged surface. When you have to use a non-stick spray on a non-stick surface, it's kind of defeats the purpose of buying a non-stick utensils. I know what you may be thinking; however, when you trying to get your message across people will be people, so you just have be prepared for scrutiny such as Caleb Saul. Just saying.

Jordan Chill Read Starting Strength. Eat a lot of meat, and drink a gallon of milk a day. How tall are you, btw?
@JustJordan12319 жыл бұрын
I am 5'7
@Account-rb6xg9 жыл бұрын
You should weigh at least 1kg for every centimeter that you're over 1 meter. So you are 170 cm tall meaning you should, weigh 70 kg or roughly 155 lbs. That's the bare minimum!

Oats and eggs works perfectly together. The meal feels like it was made on a farm somewhere in france on a hot summer day by a big and rough farmer.

A Bruh the best way for a vegetarian to get protein rich foods is beans but that's not enough so I recommend protein supplements

Todays vegan and vegetarian athletes depend on the bodies endocrine system. to release horomones that continually cycle the body's lean mass. basically you can eat very little protein and get gains if you know how to "hack" your body there are world class athletes who have bulk and strength that eat as little as 50-100 grams of protein a day. The "hack" is based off of continually reusing protein from our lean mass. This lifestyle is beyond extreme and makes your average vegan diet look like a thanksgiving feast. some protocols of the hack: 20+ hours of cyclic fasting, except for tea's 1 meal a day vegan only foods. teas are all day consumption (ancient proprietary blend of of amino's and herbal teas. (i'm working on deciphering the exact blends)) Heavy lifting workouts(70%+ max) at night after meal then sleep after workout cardiovascular training upon waking up in the mornings Then there is crazy shit like sitting for less then 30 mins. total a day Daily proprioceptive exercises for stabilization and balance and yoga for muscular extensibility you really have to have no life to do this shit but the rewards are amazing.

Quick question do I eat breakfest first or before workout
@BasementBrandon3 жыл бұрын
Depends, if time allows I'd try to have something about an hour before training. If you train really early that's not really possible.

Idk if it means much to you, but I like your channel probably the best out of just about any "fitness guru" online, just because you're humble and don't come off as "better than anyone". Idk, just my 2 cents.

Very nice, easy and fast breakfast. VEry similar to mine. I cook with coconut oil or olive oil instead of spray, but it is personal preference. Thanks for sharing.
