My Mother would make what she called Corn Salad. She used drained whole kernel corn, diced red onion, diced bell pepper, green onion, shredded cheese, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. I made it for an office eat in and my co-workers used it as dip.

We always eat the corn chip scoops with the Buffalo Chicken Dip! I'll also add sour cream to add creaminess and help cut any heat from the Buffalo sauce!

I also love whole container of sour cream mixed with one whole package of lipton onion soup mix and you got onion dip for potatoes, chips. Veggies. Oh it is my go to cause it is so easy to do.

These are great! My lazy-woman alter ego is telling me that two or three of these appetizers provide protein, vegetables and the all-important carbs, so combining Catherine’s appetizers + wine + pumpkin pie = Thanksgiving ✔️- and done! Just don't add any more than 2 jalapenos for mild heat. You can leave the jalapenos out if you are concerned about the heat level.
