Hi Mark, just dropping in to see what you’re up to. I have been Keto/Ketovore for a while now. I make several variations in an ice cream maker but I just broke the paddle and need to get a new one. I just use heavy whipping cream-3 cups and either it is plain or with vanilla or I add raspberries and or blueberries and or strawberries that I thoroughly smash up with a fork. Or my mini food chopper. I put it in small containers for single servings. I also use sugar free chocolate syrup sometimes and/or instant coffee crystals. I also whip up cottage and add Sugar free chocolate syrup . That imonnisnjust fresu and freezes Hi to my
