Easy Homemade Bread with Amazing Crust

There is nothing like the smell and taste of freshly baked bread. And with this easy homemade bread recipe, you can make your own bread with an amazing crust and a soft interior, using simple ingredients and steps.
In this video, I will show you how to make this bread from scratch, with no special equipment or skills required. You will need the following ingredients to make this bread:
• Water - 4 tbsp. (50 milliliters) + 3/4 cup plus 1 tbsp. (200 milliliters)
• Dry active yeast - 1 tsp. (4 grams)
• Sugar - 1 tsp. (5 grams)
• Bread flour - 2 ½ cups (320 grams) + ½ cup (70 grams)
• Salt - 1 tsp. (5 grams)
To make this bread, you will need to:
• Make a starter by mixing water, yeast, sugar, and flour in a bowl. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
• Add warm water, flour, and salt to the starter and mix well. Transfer the dough to a floured work surface and knead it for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
• Grease a bowl and place the dough in it. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
• Deflate the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a pan lined with baking paper. Cover and let it rise for 30 minutes.
• Score the surface of the bread with a knife. Sprinkle some water and flour on top. Cover the pan and bake at 370°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
• Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes at 390°F (200°C) to get a crispy crust.
• Remove the bread from the pan and let it cool completely on a rack.
• Enjoy your homemade bread with butter, jam, cheese, or whatever you like!

I’m haven’t a deep pan , can I use a stainless steel pot ?

I don't see why not! You may need to leave it in the oven for an extra 5 minutes, the pan will take a while to heat up (mine is aluminum and heats up almost instantly, stainless steel might take longer). Please let me know how it goes.
