I love Homemade French Fries... I bake 'em! Sometimes I dip 'em in Olive Oil and cook them on a cookie sheet on the BBQ. :) Fun stuff...

Great tips! I love making homemade fries, too. Try Greek seasoning on them. It's also good on just a plain baked potato. Oh, I froze some strawberries like you did and it made using them so much easier,..so thanks!

It's called Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning. I found it with the other seasonings & spices. I can't get enough of it and put it on just about everything, lol...Oh, I made some of the sweet potato fries last night like you made...they were great!

MYSTICFROG43 Thank you. I love to make things on the grill too. We are a family who does not like to cook in the house much in the hot summer months. We rarely use the air conditioner unless we have to. So cooking on the grill or over a fire is an easy way to keep the house from heating up. I learned to be creative with my grill cooking and I can make just about anything over a fire. haha I am glad you enjoy cooking on your grill as much as I do. :) You have a wonderful week too toni. Елена Белявская The sauces were only suggestions. I used garlic powder, olive oil, parsley, lemon pepper and salt on the fries I made. You can make any combination to make up your own recipe.
