I never ate a hot pocket, but my niece's older son. ate these all the time. I bought a hot pocket pan that makes twelve small ones and regular one that makes six, I bought a set at Rite Aide. it came with a rolling pin. and a little cook book to make different types of hot pockets and desserts. 😊

Thanks for this I'm definitely gonna try it! I'll probably make a big batch of different flavors, cook, and freeze them. They should keep in the freezer in an airtight container for about a month and it'd be easy to just take one out and re-heat it in the oven, microwave, or toaster oven. 💗

Thanks!!!! That looks easy enough, I’ve thought about making my own, but never thought about the pre made pizza dough. That will work nicely with my meal prep menu. I see all these home delivery meals, some microwaveable, some you toss in the oven for 30-40 minutes. I’m thinking just go to the store, then spend a few hours meal prepping for the month. I started to meal prep for myself since my divorce, I’m constantly looking for new ways to make new meals. I started to make sausage muffins,. I weigh out 2oz portions, cook them, set them on paper towels, put them in a container in the fridge. Toast a muffin, microwave the sausage patty, and put a slice of cheese on the muffin. Quick and easy. I’m definitely going to try your hot pocket recipe. Note: I’ve made lunch and brought it to work for break, some of the girls, tell me it looks and smell delicious. When they ask me if my wife made that, I tell them to bite their tongue, I’m divorced. They have a hard time believing that I can cook.

Thank you so much for the comment Eli. You have a great idea to pre- prep your meals. We get so busy these days! I like to prep vegetables for the week, common items that I will always use, onions, diced tomatoes, potatoes. I have been making easy breakfast burritos for dinner with scrambled eggs and frozen hash browns with cheese, onions and tomatoes. they take about 5 minutes to make when you have all of your prep complete. Thanks for watching the video. Have a great weekend!
