This Green Seasoning recipe is one of the best things you will make.
I tried this for the first time a few years ago and it has become my go to especially when I stumble on large quantities of Spring Onions or Parsley on sale like I did this recently.
This Caribbean influenced green seasoning is a game changer and goes well with chicken, fish, soups and stews, in fact, everything. I have even had it on plain white rice and it was so good. You can also adjust the seasoning and spice levels to your taste.
It is fresh, fragrant and delicious. Best of all, it stores really well in the fridge and longer in the freezer.
I really hope you try it and it turns out delicious!
RECIPE
A bunch of Spring Onions
3 Medium Bell Peppers
2 Large Onions
A handful of Rosemary
3 Scotch Bonnets Peppers(Adjust to taste)
One handful of Ginger and Garlic, peeled
2 tbs Salt
50ml Distilled Malt Vinegar
100ml Neutral Oil
INSTRUCTIONS

0:13 Ingredients
0:47 Chop Ingredients into small pieces
1:40 Add to a blender and blend in batches
2:43 Adjust salt to taste if needed and blend until smooth
4:24 Divide into small portions into a silicone baking tray
5:11 Store in a freezer until frozen
5:47 To taste, Add the green seasoning to some chicken and mix until well combined
6:17 Bake in an air fryer at 200 degrees for 15 mins until golden brown
6:36 Serve and enjoy!
