Great video! The pure joy at 4:00 when the little child was catching the pasta strands made my week! Thank you.

Thank you so much! So simple but yet so effective! I've been making raviolis, tagliatelle, spaghetti, and lasagna after this dough recipe and it just works great! I used to knead it and then put in in the fridge for later use but definitely, the best results are when freshly made.

Thank you for sharing. I just made a batch of organic semolina pasta but I used two large eggs instead of four. I couldn’t believe I found an organic semolina flour from our local store. It’s really nice.

My wife and I use Plastic coat hangers hooked over the upper kitchen cabinet door knobs to hold our pasta as we make our batches.

I bought a great drying rack on aliexpress dot com. You can get really cheap ones there or toss out around $20 or so on a great aluminum amd plastic one which has a nice foldable tripod foot and lots of hanging pins as well as a transfer rod. 👏👍

Can you freeze the dough?

Nice video! I make it the same way you do, but in larger batches that get completely air dried and put in zip-lock bags for storage. What amount of salt do you put in? I've been warned against this, but honstly I can't see/haven't experienced any detriments to texture or strenght of the pasta, just easier to get bigger flavor.

I was wondering the same thing...turns out it is community supported agriculture and not, as I feared, the confederate states of America.

No no no no no, proper semolina pasta does not have eggs, just water and semolina, this would be classed as an egg pasta, proper pasta should be white in colour
