You're not supposed to use both the LATCH and seat belt at the same time. Only one or the other.

Do not use both latch and seat belt- one or the other. Both are not safe. When Forward facing you MUST use upper tether with seat belt or latch. But never use lower anchors AND seat belt

Wait is it just me or is this installation wrong? You are not allowed to use latch and seat belt. It's only one.

That's a maxi-cosi Pria 85 in the video, not a 70. The 70's instruction manual also highly recommends using the top anchor strap when in the forward facing position, not shown during this video.
