A sponge and some white paint and you can dab the lettering to make the writing more visible

I'm in a similar situation, but I'm not necessarily looking to paint my plates. Does only the brushing part do enough of a good job to keep the rust off if i store the plates in better conditions afterwards?

I just ordered RUST-OLEUM® PAINTERS Touch 2X ULTRACOVER® PAINT+ PRIMER- Should that be enough or I need something else? Any suggestions?

I believe they’re cap brand. I have those same ones. I have 45s with the H symbol, anyone know what brand those are?

I believe those are York plates look up York milled 25 I got this from google “Most York Barbell weight plates are made in China, but some are made in North America from US materials. York Barbell made Olympic plates and bars in Pennsylvania from the 1930s until the 1990s. York Milled Era plates, made from the 1960s to the 1990s, were made in the United States and have a more rounded "O" on them. Plates made in China have a blocky "O". Plates made in the 1990s have a "USA" stamp on the hub and are slightly smaller in diameter.”

Those are Hoffman industries very similar to milled York 25s just got me a pair of yorks that look similar

I wouldn't have that especially for used and if they weren't matched or paired up. I actually regret having boughten brand new weights now having seen all of the videos of people making concrete weights on here. Good for you though.
