Tried and tested many times, this method never fails. Easy to roll and turns out soft and stays soft for hours. I have arrived at this recipe after experimenting with many different methods and variations.
Some tips:
-- Use the Jowar flour within 2-3 weeks of buying. Older the flour, harder it is to make soft rotis.
-- Leave the dough covered, to prevent it from drying.
