The word "deopbap" in Korea means "covered rice” and is just a bowl of steamed rice inside a stone pot topped with some sort of toppings like beef bulgogi, Jjaeyukk deopbap or spicy pork and so much more. And today I'm going to show how to make a bulgogi rice 2 tsp
Sliced onion 15g topping. Below are the following ingredients needed:
Beef bulgogi 400g
(marinated beef round eye)
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Sesame oil 1tbsp
Dark caramel sauce 1 tsp
Sliced onions 15g
Sliced scallions 15g
Minced garlic 10g
Steamed rice 2 cups
