Craving a rich, chocolatey dessert? Try this Milo Lava Cake! 🍫 With just a few ingredients, you can create the perfect gooey treat. Here's what you'll need:
Ingredients:
8 tbsp Milo or Nesquick (any drinking chocolate)
6 tbsp all-purpose flour
4 tbsp sugar
2 Eggs
85g melted butter
2 tbsp hot water
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix 8 tbsp of Milo with 2 tbsp of hot water to create a smooth Milo paste. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs and 4 tbsp of sugar. Add 85g of melted butter and mix well.
Gradually add 6 tbsp of flour to the egg-sugar-butter mixture and stir until smooth.
Finally, add the Milo paste from step 1 and mix until everything is well combined.
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and grease your ramekins or baking cups.
Pour the batter into the prepared ramekins, filling them about halfway.
Bake for 5-6 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center remains soft.
Let the cakes cool for a minute, then carefully invert them onto plates.
Serve immediately while the center is gooey and enjoy your indulgent Milo Lava Cake!
