Hi, looks like a nice cake! Just wanted to ask if I'm not putting coconut in it, do I need to add anything else as an addition to the batter?

Thank you! If you're skipping the coconut, you don't necessarily need to add anything else to the batter itself. The lemon and yogurt combo brings a lot of flavor. Let me know how it turns out without the coconut!

Thank you for this recipe. I noticed the artistically folded parchment paper - is that self-made? Looks like it could come in handy for not moving around a lot...

Thank you for checking out the recipe! Eagle eye on that parchment paper fold! It's actually my own way of lining the cake pan. I like to cut a larger circle, about 14", so it covers the bottom and sides of the pan. Leaving a 9" circle in the middle, I make some cuts from the outside of the circle toward the center to make some folds to keep it all secure . It helps everything stay put while pouring and makes for easy removal later. Hope this makes sense!

@@Scripx-tn2op Not exactly triangle shapes (though they do look like it when folded!), but more like fan sections. I'll definitely show the technique in a future video!
