I agree! Never thought I'd say this, but I'm a metric convert, at least (and especially) when it comes to baking. I've gone from being annoyed when I see metric measurements to being annoyed when I DON'T see metric measurements 😂

I blanche the peel first! Loads and loads of pesticides on them! Peel it course with a normal peeler, blanche 1,2 or even three times , everyone in fresh water don’t use the same water again! Then chop it very fine, either by hand or in a electric coffee grinder. Much better…..
