Gina, thanks for your reply. Actually you do show both stitches. I am following the video . The thing I realized was I had to practice knit and purl stitches first. I've finished the cuff and I'm trying to follow your written directions below. I understand how to know cast on knit and pearl but not sure about what you mean by e-wrap. You used this term when you described how to cast on but I don't know what you mean by your directions of K12 (understand this) but EW. Can you show me?

When you see the finger tip just barely is a good place to stop the knitting. ❤I hope this helps. The yarn in this video is #4 worsted weight and I doubled the strands.

HI Gina I am using a 12 peg making these for a toddler how many rounds will I make after the cuff to the thumb and then after the thumb how many rounds till I am finished I will make the mitt a total of 4" in lenght unless you think other wise I do not have a toddler hand to measure I am just going by what I researched. Hello Let's say to use 5/8" gauge with 24 pegs, 2 strands of worsted weight yarn, instead of using that loom use 3/8" gauge, 48 pegs with one strand of worsted weight yarn, would it equal the same size as the 5/8 loom ???

it says 4 medium...5 mm and I'm using two strings. I'm pretty new to loom knitting, fingerless gloves haven't been my thing so I thought maybe regular ones would be easier. :) I got to the cuff, and it looked shorter so I stopped and wanted to wait to continue until I was sure I was doing it right. Should I double the length for mine?

etowle1856 Knit is different then E-wrap. Knit is when you go in front of the stitch and ewrap is when you wrap the yarn around the pegs.

Hi Vianka Cross! This pattern works for an adult too. You can judge the size by placing your hand inside the loom as your working the top portion of your mitten. :)
