HOW TO MAKE EASY LOW CARB SUGAR FREE COFFEE JELLY/KETO COFFEE JELLY

This sugar-free coffee jelly is perfect for keto or low-carb diets, and it's sure to be a hit with your family and friends! We'll show you how to make the jelly using simple ingredients and equipment you likely already have in your kitchen. After watching this video, you'll be ready to make low-carb sugar-free coffee jelly like a pro!
Ingredients:
3 tsp instant coffee
4 cups hot water
2 sachet gelatine powder (unflavored)
2 sachet sugar-free sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
500ml all-purpose cream/ 2 small cans (250ml)
2 sachet sugar-free sweetener
1/2 tsp instant coffee
Instructions:
1. pour hot water into a bowl and dissolve gelatine
2. Stir and wait for 5 minutes
3. pour 3 cups hot water, add coffee, sweetener, and vanilla
4. transfer to a container and refrigerate overnight or until set
5. cut the coffee jelly into cubes, and set it aside
6. pour cream, add sweetener and coffee then mix together
7. add coffee jelly to the cream mixture
8. put back into the container and chill for a couple of hours
9. transfer to glass and enjoy!
For the whole recipe approximately
8g total carbs
4g fiber (depends on what sweetener you will use)
3g protein
100net calories
per glass
50 net calories
4g total carbs
2g fiber
1.5g protein

CÓMO HACER FÁCIL GOMA DE CAFÉ SIN AZÚCAR BAJA EN CARBOHIDRATOS / JALEA DE CAFÉ KETO
Ingredientes:
3 cucharaditas de café instantáneo
4 tazas de agua caliente
2 sobres de gelatina en polvo (sin sabor)
2 bolsitas de edulcorante sin azúcar
1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
Crema multiusos 500ml / 2 latas pequeñas (250ml)
2 bolsitas de edulcorante sin azúcar
1/2 cucharadita de café instantáneo
Instrucciones:
1. verter agua caliente en un bol y disolver la gelatina
2. Revuelva y espere 5 minutos.
3. vierta 3 tazas de agua caliente, agregue café, edulcorante y vainilla
4. transfiera en un recipiente y refrigere durante la noche o hasta que cuaje
5. corte la gelatina de café en cubos, reserve
6. vierta la crema, agregue el edulcorante y el café y luego mezcle
7. agregue la gelatina de café en la mezcla de crema
8. Vuelva a poner en el recipiente y enfríe durante un par de horas.
9. ¡Transfiera al vaso y disfrute!
Para toda la receta aproximadamente
8 g de carbohidratos totales
4 g de fibra (depende del edulcorante que utilice)
3 g de proteína
100 calorías netas
por vaso
50 calorías netas
4 g de carbohidratos totales
2g de fibra
1,5 g de proteína
