Mango Sticky Rice
Serves 4
Ingredients
For the Salted Coconut Cream Sauce
1/2 cup coconut cream (If you are using coconut milk, add 1 tsp cornstarch) amzn.to/2mn5TK5
1/4 tsp salt
For the Sweet Coconut Cream Mixture
1 cup coconut cream or 3/4cup coconut milk amzn.to/2mn5TK5
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups hot and freshly cooked sticky
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into bite sizes
Toasted mungbean or sesame seeds for garnish

So my mom and stepfather decided to get married today (I was barely told 2 days ago). They each requested a specific dessert. My mom wanted a ketogenic chocolate cake and my stepfather wanted mango sticky rice. Used your recipe for the rice and it was a HIT! My stepfather devoured his portion in minutes. The other members of my family were hesitant but on the first bite, they were addicted. Thank you so much for the awesome mango sticky rice recipe! It will definitely be made again. :)

We called it "Manga at Suman" from the Philippines although the sticky rice is not steamed and cooked with coconut leaves but tastely the same😊Love it! Missed this kind of food!
