Fish curry recipes are very popular in Indian subcontinent, there are many varieties of fish curry around the world. Some of the varieties include Malabar Fish curry(an Indian dish popular in many coastal areas of India), Fish head curry(popular in singapore), Machher Jhol (also called "Machher Ghonta") a traditional Bengali and Oriya fish curry, Mas riha, a Maldivian fish curry, Malu Mirisata, a fish curry from Sri Lanka. In this recipe video I have shown process of making simple, easy yet super delicious fish curry. It is a super easy recipe, even beginners will find it easy enough
Preparation time - 30 Minutes
Serving - 4
Ingredients:
Any Fish (washed) - 500 grams
Onion - 2
Tomato -2
Ginger - 2 inch
Garlic cloves - 15
Green chillies - 2 (optional )
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1-5 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1.25 tbsp
Black pepper powder -1/4 tsp
Cumin powder - 3/4 tsp
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Garam masala powder -1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Cooking oil - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Sweet n simple... It came out very beautifully... My wife loved the taste.. One thing if u don't clean Rohu properly it'll give u a bad taste.. specially stomach side.. I by mistake cleaned the fish with hot water... N u know no bitter taste...
