do you mean 250 gram of flour? i tired 150g and 175 g butter it was like oily mess.

+Melbourne Shorts sorry it’s not working out for you. It’s hard to understand why. Did you include the cornflour? What type of butter did you use? Sometimes salted butter or margarine has a more watery texture and different types of flour can react differently. I made a batch a few weeks ago gluten-free flour had to increase it slightly to get the right texture. I would only add a little flour at a time. You should be able to roll it straight away.
