Grated carrot- 1/2 cup
Finely chopped capsicum- 1/4 cup
Boiled potatoes- 2 medium size
Finely chopped green chilli - 1 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves- a handful
Grated paneer- 1/2 cup
Roasted cumin powder- /2tsp
Crushed Coriander- 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder- 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala- 1tsp
Salt as per taste
Ghee for frying
