There are many people who walk around everyday suffering from some type of neck and shoulder discomfort. Some have neck pain and tightness, some have headaches and migraines, some have radiating shoulder and arm pain and some suffer from a combination of all of the above! Regardless of which symptom it is, it is very common that these are related to an abnormal posture in the neck and should regions.
In order to help alleviate this pain and discomfort we decided to put a small video together demonstrating some easy stretches that can be done on a daily basis to improve range of motion in the neck and to decrease your discomfort.
Now let this be a disclaimer, before beginning any of these stretches it is highly recommended that you consult with your local postural corrective chiropractor to assure that you are able to handle these stretches. These are great stretches that many people could benefit from using, but there are some small demographics that they many not be ideal.
