These cards are great. I love these flat shaker cards. The press plate you used I love. Also I have always had trouble geting a good glimmer application. I am definitely going to try the hinge method. And using a pocket for the shaker is wonderful. Thanks Jennifer. Blessings.😊

Shaker cards are fun to make, quick, and enjoyable for the recipients. I have never used the stamp pockets, but they would be a fantastic choice because they are a sturdy, thicker plastic. They would raise the quality and elegance of the card. Great idea! I use stamp and die packaging because it is cheap, works well enough for most projects, and reduces waste. These are so cute!

Thanks for some great tips, Jennifer! I loved all the cards today, but I have to admit I'm immediately going to try white pigment on Kraft cardstock with my BetterPress!! I bought Gina K's Intri-cut just for my BetterPress and I couldn't be happier. I set the top knob on BetterPress, and the bottom knob on -2 and it is perfect every time.

They’re all beautiful but I think the poinsettia is my favorite one! I’m wondering, could diamond dotz be used on cards or would that look too tacky? They’re flat backed with lots of faucets but I don’t know if they would look weird or not? 🤔

If you want to go all the way stamp a very light color of the card image on the enveloppe; if you want to emboss it you totally can; just make sure to mask out the adress space and stamps space, specially when the card goes through airmail. Embossing can caus the pen to resist; might as well save yourself the irritation by either maskingout or have the adress on a sticker.

Great ideas! The only thing I can add to advise is: wipe your anti-static powder over the card before putting into pocket and adding confetti etc, as this will stop ot all clinging together and will shake freely 🤗 Thanks Jennifer!
