1:59 it says 50g (1/4 cup) of water but I see you’re only putting 1 tsp or tbsp? I followed the recipe and my dough/batter turned out very liquid ish…
@bakewithspicesandflavors2 жыл бұрын
Every sugar cookie needs at least 1 egg as a binding agent.. Water here is just the replacement for the same.. if your dough has turned liquidy that means that you have mixed the butter and sugar for longer and it has added to more moisture in the recipe.. I have tried this recipe not once but four times before publishing so I am confident that the measurements are right. You see just 1 tbsp in the video because I prefer to add a little at a time. I am sorry you had to face this.. hope it turned out well in the end..

@bakewithspicesandflavors2 жыл бұрын
Double pan is simply two baking pans - one places upside down beneath your cookie tray. If you do not have 2 pans you can use the baking tray that might have come along with your oven or simply skip its fine

@bakewithspicesandflavors3 жыл бұрын
It is a type of sugar where the granules are smaller in size compared to granulated or regular sugar making it easier to dissolve with the butter
