Do your stainless steel pans get scratches from all the scratching with a metal tool?

Nope. You can see in the video there is no scratching. Since they’re surgical stainless steel they’re completely non-pourous & do not scratch.

@@JoshMuellerYourKnifeGuyCutco I got marks one of on mine first day using. The manufacturer, Tramontina, swears up and down it's "wear and tear" from salt but I KNOW better than to add salt prior to water being at full rolling boil. Stainless Steel isn't exactly bulletproof, I've learned. The bottoms of mine are already all scratched up just from living on the stove 🙄
