Hi Doc! I'm a preschool (K2) teacher, I'm just so sad every recess to see my pupils ' baon everyday which are purely carbs and sweets including their drinks, though they have water. I'm thinking what will happen to these kids if their parents continue to feed them with all these kinds of food. Do you have a video Doc about the effects of high carb and sweets diet on kids which I can share to my parents and thereby encourage them to adapt a low carb diet lifestyle also?

Hi dok im 56 yrs old nasa 3 weeks palang ako nanonood syo,and still struggling from not eating rice,carbs n fruits though sometimes im cheating,atleast pakonti konti nalang compared from the time na d pa kita nakilala,dok gumagawa ako ng mga powdered vegetable like malunggay,turmeric ,ampalaya pero nilalagay ko sa capsule ok lang po ba dok?
