I’ve been off roading for 30 years. The days of climbing things simply to see if I can are behind me. I still enjoy a technical trail, but I enjoy just getting out there the most. I appreciate your videos very much, and hope to check some of these areas out in person before the summer is over. I wish this had been available when I was getting started. Thanks for everything you do. OIIIIIIIO

Outstanding tour of an easy, scenic trail (I love the Mojave) and with an interesting terminus. Seems as if you've made this vid years ago just for me, your favorite viewer, and his full-ziz'd Ferd towing a tiny, and I mean "tiny", Tiny, trailer. Muchas Gracias!

This was a pleasant rundown. Commentary was relevant to the purpose and reminders of novice vs experience without disparaging the noobs is welcome. I live to the North, and do not see myself getting down that far, but it was a nice review all the same.

Thank you for the extra comments on whether full size trucks can get through some of these trails. I have a full size truck with 35" tires ("4x4", with only a rear autolocker) and I want to start getting out to some easy trails with the family, but don't want to get half way and have to turn around due to not fitting through a tight spot or something where I'd have clearance issues. If I'm being honest, I also watch for close vegetation along the sides to see how much damage my paint will take (I know there will be some regardless), since my truck is my daily and is not dedicated for offroading. Your videos are very helpful.

Went through there today, it's pretty tight in sections and a few pretty tight sharp off camber turns cliffside. Def more jeep trail, was in a Landcrusier and pinstriped the heck on the passenger side

This is great, thanks! Just got my first jeep and looking for easy trails. Do you have a video that goes over all the necessities of off-roading? Air-down so I'll need to air-up which implies I'll need a compressor with me Do I need to be in 4WL or 2WD for this type of trail? "First Day with Your Jeep - Terms Onboarding"

@@TheNotaRubicon go past the abandoned trail bridge going west a couple miles, following the railroad. I crossed the cochella canal and kept following it till i hit the dry lake bed bellow rancho dos palmas. There is another worn down rail way bridge crossing that riverbed and i just so happened to get stuck in lol. By the way, did i mention i actually completed the red canyon trail solo and it was after i came out of the trail i got lost and stuck trying to find the highway (i was trying to hook up with hwy 111 to the west and though i could just cross the dry lake to the other side😑🤪😆

it really depends more on the skill of the driver than the vehicle - but we have seen 2WD vehicles get stuck in the sand more than once.
