2:17 Honestly, I absolutely adore this baked tofu idea! Your technique is something I already adore but this herby crust must have been absolutely bomb! So fresh, flavourful and satisfying! Also, I was wondering: would you say tofu baked in cornflour retains a nice texture when mixed in a sauce too? I was thinking of making some in teriyaki tofu using your method as I think it is much more meat-like than cubed tofu and my non-vegan fam would like it :D

Love these recipes! So creative, balanced and flavorful. A question, I'm a bit confused if you use cornflour or cornstarch? It looks like cornstarch but all the recipes says cornflour. The cornflour I buy here in Sweden doesn’t look like yours, it's more yellow and flour-like, whereas yours look more like the cornstarch we buy here.

Sorry for the confusion - in the UK we call it ‘cornflour’, whereas in the US and probably other countries it’s called ‘cornstarch’, but we then call the yellow flour ‘cornmeal’ whereas you’d call it ‘cornflour’ - basically it’s the other way around for us, it’s pretty confusing but hope that makes sense 😄 X
