@@GulfCoastSmoke Lol. True story...I ate at Truth BBQ in Houston and fell in love with their pinto beans. Same style you make...alot of veggies, cilantro, cumin and a little on the thin side. Loved them so much I brought some home and recreated them the next day. Very close in flavor. Hoping one day to compare the two.
