I tried making this cake last week, and it was AMAZING!! Not too sweet, and so velvety smooth. Here are some tips: *1. Add food coloring to the cheesecake batter. Without it, it looks like a really pale yellow, almost exactly like regular cheesecake. 2. Using canned mango puree is fine; I tried it both ways and it tasted almost exactly the same. 3. Add some yogurt. Just a bit is fine, it makes it tangier and smoother. 4. STRAIN the puree. It might seem unnecessary, but trust me. Without doing it, you'll end up with tiny mango stringy bits all throughout the cake. You can't feel them in your mouth, but you can definitely see them.* And that's it! If you guys try it, I hope it turns out well for you guys too!

Hi just wanna say.i use ur recipe to make a mango cheesecake.but when i put 7g gelatin for a cheese filling it’s easily fall down when its a room temperature.not 10 min enough and its already melt.so i doing a second mango cheesecake.gelatin i use for is 10g and it doing well.THANKS for the recipe and for anyone that want to do this recipe make sure put abt 10g gelatin on creamcheese filling okey👌🏻🥰

im making this on saturday for my aunts birthday, ty nino :) update: it is now sunday, i decided to make it today instead. i’ll update you when i’m finished, which me luck haha hello, its tuesday, and i totally forgot to update haha anyways, it was literally amazing!! i ended up having to make another extra batch of batter. i used a spring form pan. also didnt use any gelatin, because i couldnt find any at the store.after leaving the cake over night, the time came where i could finally taste it. my family loved it so much, so thanks nino for this recipe :))
