I tried making this cake last week, and it was AMAZING!! Not too sweet, and so velvety smooth. Here are some tips: *1. Add food coloring to the cheesecake batter. Without it, it looks like a really pale yellow, almost exactly like regular cheesecake. 2. Using canned mango puree is fine; I tried it both ways and it tasted almost exactly the same. 3. Add some yogurt. Just a bit is fine, it makes it tangier and smoother. 4. STRAIN the puree. It might seem unnecessary, but trust me. Without doing it, you'll end up with tiny mango stringy bits all throughout the cake. You can't feel them in your mouth, but you can definitely see them.* And that's it! If you guys try it, I hope it turns out well for you guys too!

@@emi14s the taste is creamy and not too sour and cheesy (which is the reason I don’t often like cheesecake), and yeah it tastes like mango but pretty mildly, although the subtlety of the mango flavor was not necessarily a bad thing. And the mango gelatin on top was very sweet and simple. In the future I might add a bit of lemon or lime juice to the top layer so the flavor pops more.

I made this and it was super nice! Only thing i did different was i put thinly cut lime zest particles on the gelatin layer and added fresh mango sliver roses as decor and it was all very much appreciated by everyone!!🥰🥰 Thank you Nino!!😄👍👍
