Dude thank you, first time making a cheesecake and it came out a dream, needed to convert a lot of measurements being from the UK but it came out amazing. While mixing the sour cream in, I added melted snicker pieces in to it and it just turned out something special so I had to sub after that. Next on to the seafood mac and cheese!!!

Potato masher or my food processor on them Oreos. Thats what I use . And ALWAYS double the crust ... On Christmas try the Oreo crust ...with thin mints in the filling ...Delicious 😋
