We drove to meet him in Decatur, GA, and he is just as adorable and all smiles in person! I literally bake all of his recipes, but only got out that I made one or two because my brain stopped working when it was my turn 😂 I have already made a couple things out of the book and they turned out delicious!! Thank you!!!

@julieobrien40562 ай бұрын
My issue with that is the moisture level. It was 1/4 cup of rum, so I think you would need that much more liquid. I was thinking pineapple juice but am worried about the sweetness level. Someone else mentioned coconut water…

I dunno, for me, “easy” and putting potentially seized white chocolate into a piping bag don’t go hand in hand.
@nicolelavigne17002 ай бұрын
The chocolate drizzle is optional, and you don't have to use a piping bag. You could keep the chocolate in the bowl and use a spoon or fork to drizzle it instead, that's just a little harder to control than a piping bag. Water getting into chocolate makes it seize, I don't know why he mentioned it with the chocolate chips. White chocolate can burn though if you leave it in the microwave for too long, but 20 second intervals will be fine.
