Looks great! Although you don't specify the oil type anywhere. Virgin olive oil or Vegetable oil? I assume virgin olive oil but I could be wrong as I'm not a great cook lol

The type of oil does not matter. We use canola oil (it is highest in Omega 3s and 6s) but you can use your favorite cooking oil

How to freeze and subsequently use later on? And wull whole wheat flour work just fine?

They freeze perfectly, just store them in an airtight container. You can microwave or let them thaw at room temp. Whole wheat flour will work great too! I prefer to use a mix of whole wheat flour and all purpose so they are nice and fluffy.
