How often should you do this type of routine ? I am doing strength and cardio almost daily and trying to add in some balance and agility as well. I am excited to also add plyos but not sure how often I should do them. Do you suggest at the beginning or end of my regular workout? Thanks for such great content.

Hey Sandra! I would start with once-twice a week at a low volume, then in 4-6 weeks add more sessions if everything is progressing well. Do your plyos After you warm up but before you are tired, right before your main lift session in the gym, and keep them fun! Thanks so much for watching and commenting

👍Skater and Clockwork jumps are two of my favorites... along with 20" box jumps! Do you continue to do plyometric and lower body training once the ski season starts?

Yes I do! I do plyometrics about 1 time per week (with less contacts) in the gym just to check in and maintain. Your time on snow will also help you develop power , balance, and the coordination throughout the season :) LOVE those jumps! and 20" box jumps, nice that is pretty high!
