That does look yummy. Here's a top on carrots. Use a potato peeler on them to get rid of all the rough edges that hold the garden dirt flavor.

With each recipe video I would love to hear at the end if there was maybe one thing you would do differently next time, that would be really helpful to the viewers. Thanks for sharing your creations!

That's NOT a pork tenderloin meat. That's a pork chop. Those potatoes are NOT cooked, all only some . You knew that, and that's why you took out the cooked once. Why didn't you cut one in half? 12 minutes was too short for the potatoes and the meat, 15 will be ok. That's what I think

Totally agree,,, nothing was fully cooked

That's a Rib Chop ! (Not a Tenderloin) But I'll say it was just a slip of the tongue.

The dish would have been good if it was cooked thoroughly. The pork chop looked slightly raw in the part she cut.

That is NOT a pork tenderloin it’s a pork chop lol…. Please get a HEAT THERMOMETER so the food is fully cooked inside. That can get someone sick and could die. Didn’t peel carrots and the potatoes and carrots weren’t fully cooked nor was the pork chop. Not good 😮

Please invest in a meat thermometer so you can temp your meat before eating.

Cooking with meat thermometers....I think tends to make people over cook... Making it tough....

@@conniehahn4577 I temp my Brats and pork chops. Nice and juicy. Over cooked Brats and chicken is horrible. Get a good IR thermometer. I don't like dry meat. Lol

@@conniehahn4577no my friend, using a thermometer is to put everything in a safe range of what you're supposed to eat pork at.... it's dangerous if you eat this rare you can make somebody sick or even worse

If the pork chop is ted inside it ain't done.

It wasn't red! It was pinkish....which is fine....between 160 to 145.. degrees....if pork is cooked to white looking....its tough!....this cut looks like a rib chop....and a little fat on chops them tasty and tender....
