Recipes :
Potatoes 400g
Carrots 150g
Hot water
Boil for 1-2 minutes
Cold water
Green onion 25g
Blanch green onions in hot water
Black pepper 1/6tsp
Chili powder 1/4tsp
Salt 1/4tsp
Corn starch 3tbsp
Black sesame 2/3tbsp
Cooking oil
Fry for 4 minutes, flip the cake
Fry for another 4 minutes

10 points, but: The fat is too cold at the beginning, so the balls are full of fat. When you cut, I get scared. Do you really not know anyone who sharpens THE knives for you and not a chef; how to handle the knife properly; i.e. how to cut. I'm going to cook it.
