For my first attempt at pound cake I tried your recipe two nights ago. I used all purpose flour instead of cake flour and used lemon extract which gave it a very nice refreshing flavor. What I love most the cake is not overly sweet nor is it dry; it came out perfect my husband and son loved it also!

Hello I enjoyed your pound cake very much nice with coffee in the morning not too sweet as you said the only thing I can ask is the next time you're baking something or cooking something would you mind giving me the time to keep it in the oven I did keep it in there about 40 minutes 45 minutes and I kept testing it with the toothpick but thank you so much until the next time
